Returns & Exchanges

At Anand Shoes of Stamford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your original receipt to our Stamford storefront to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original designer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to one of our in-store associates.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your new size exchange within 3-5 business days.
